Laura began her real estate experience at Coldwell Banker in Sausalito where she was awarded membership into the Sterling Society in 1997 and 1998, and joined Pacific Union in 1999. Laura has served on the Executive Board of the Parent Association at The Branson School in Ross and has served on the parent board of Davidson College in North Carolina. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority, attended Marin Country Day School and The Branson School. When not selling real estate, Laura can be found running and hiking the trails of Marin with her husband, Steve, and enjoying her large family including her parents, siblings and loads of local nieces and nephews. Laura and her family also love spending time at Tahoe Taverns in Lake Tahoe, the Bitterroot Valley of Montana and are members of The Stock Farm Club.
Kristin joined Pacific Union and began her partnership with Laura in 2002 following a long career in sales and Executive Recruitment with several leading area firms. During this period she managed numerous executive relocations to the area, working closely with the families and real estate professionals. Kristin is a graduate of UCLA with dual degrees in business and history and served as President of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. She attended Kent Middle School in Kentfield and The Branson School. She served on the Board of Trustees at The Mount Tamalpais School in Mill Valley for six years, chairing the Facilities Committee and serving on the Development and Governance committees. She also chaired the The Branson School fundraiser twice and served on the Executive Board of the Parent Council. Kristin adores cooking for her immediate and extended family, playing competitive word games with friends, hiking, travel and golf at Meadow Club in Fairfax.
In August 2022 Laura and Kristin decided to expand their partnership and brought on Suzanne Hughes as their Buyer's Agent/Sales Associate. A fourth generation Californian, Suzanne has lived in Marin County for more than 25 years. A life-long exposure to real estate has provided the ideal foundation for her successful and rewarding career. Her father was an architect, her mother a realtor, and her spouse a custom homebuilder, which along with her background in sales and merchandising, have created for Suzanne a wealth of experience and knowledge of the real estate industry.
For many people, their most important investment is the purchase of a home, and home ownership is still called the American dream. Suzanne’s passion lies in helping others make that dream a reality. She is able to guide buyers and sellers through the whole process with her astute attention to detail, professionalism and consistency so that the experience is a positive and successful one. Loyal clients most often compliment her on her positive energy and influence as well as her innate ability to make favorable connections with all concerned parties.
Suzanne has purchased several homes and raised four children in Marin County, which has provided her with a deep familiarity of the nuances of each community, their respective schools, sports teams and extracurricular programs. She has been involved in the Ross Valley Women’s League, is a founding member of National League of Young Men and has spent countless hours volunteering for her children's schools and sport teams.
With their demonstrated knowledge of the community and a partnership philosophy based on deeply understanding and responding to the unique needs of their clients, the Laura & Kristin Team is ideally suited to guide you through the entire home buying and selling experience.
